Tailored to your organization.
For security review, procurement, or a pilot scoped to one team, talk to the engineers building Virgo.
On Enterprise, the orchestration layer runs within your own VPC. Source data stays in your network. Other tiers run on isolated, single-tenant infrastructure.
On Team and Enterprise, permissions are read live from GitHub, Jira, and Google Workspace. Virgo keeps no shadow permissions copy.
Per-tenant keys rotate on a 90-day schedule. Enterprise supports customer-managed KMS keys.
Every query, retrieval, and agent invocation is logged with who asked, what was retrieved, and which model responded. Export logs as JSON or CEF.
Virgo separates inference from graph pricing. You plug in your own model keys for OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock. You pay the provider directly at provider rates. Virgo does not mark up or meter LLM tokens. Pricing covers the reasoning graph, real-time data sync, and access control.
No. Starter includes 2 free users. It has no credit card requirement, trial period, or expiry. Payment details are required only when you upgrade to Team or add users beyond the free allowance.
On Starter, new data from connected sources is processed in batches. Processing completes within 24 hours. On Team and Enterprise, agents receive new reasoning context as changes arrive.
On Enterprise, Virgo deploys within your own VPC. Your data stays in your infrastructure. On Starter and Team, data is stored in isolated, single-tenant infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Virgo does not train models on your source code, tickets, or internal communications. Data does not flow across tenants.
No. Virgo connects via a single MCP endpoint. Developers add one URL to their existing agent configuration in Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or any MCP-compatible tool. There is no new interface to learn, no plugin to install, and no workflow changes required.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts on Starter or Team.
