Virgo is a product of SK Giri Corporation, referred to here as we, us, or our. We provide an enterprise reasoning graph for agentic engineering. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website at virgo.fyi and our platform services.
When you request early access or contact us, we collect your name, job title, company name, work email address, and optionally your phone number. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and onboard your team.
When you connect data sources (GitHub, Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Google Meet), Virgo ingests and processes that content to build your organization’s reasoning graph. This data is stored in isolated, single-tenant infrastructure and is never shared across customers or used to train any model.
We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account termination.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except:
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Enterprise deployments run entirely within your own VPC. Your data stays in your infrastructure. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain SOC 2 controls.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We use only essential cookies required for site functionality (session state, theme preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify active users of material changes via email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
